Orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via the email provided at checkout.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
LVSHGOAT primarily ships orders through USPS. Processing and delivery times may take a few business days depending on the shipping carrier, service selected, destination, and carrier delays.
Please use the tracking number provided to monitor your package’s status and estimated delivery date.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Once an order has been shipped and is in the possession of the carrier, LVSHGOAT is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during transit.
If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, or if it arrives damaged, we recommend contacting USPS directly and filing a claim or missing mail request when applicable.
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. LVSHGOAT is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
